Turning a Strong Idea Into a Brand People Could Trust

A brand, a website and a search strategy built as one system, from concept to clients.

The Sinea website

Sinea began with a clear purpose: make it easier for people to find the right psychologist for their needs while giving psychology professionals access to the support, supervision, and ethical guidance required for high-quality practice.

The concept was strong, but the brand around it had not yet been developed. There was no defined identity, digital experience, or search strategy capable of communicating what made Sinea different.

They came to us to turn that early-stage concept into a recognizable brand and build the digital foundation they would need to attract clients beyond word of mouth.

01 The challenge

Making an Intangible Service Easy to Understand and Choose

Sinea was not simply looking for a new logo or website. They needed clarity.

Their biggest challenge was translating a complex service into a message potential clients could immediately understand and connect with. At the same time, they needed to establish a distinct brand identity, build their first meaningful web presence, and create an SEO strategy capable of reaching people actively searching for psychological support.

The challenge was therefore both strategic and practical: define what Sinea stood for, communicate it clearly, and create a digital journey that could turn interest into new clients.

02 The strategy

Building Brand, Website and Search as One System

We started at the foundation.

Through strategic workshops and a detailed discovery process with Sinea's founders, we explored the company's purpose, audience, values, positioning, and long-term vision. This gave us the insights needed to transform their original concept into a brand people could recognize and relate to.

From there, we developed Sinea's visual identity, logo system, brand guidelines, messaging, and tone of voice. Every element was designed to communicate professionalism and trust without making the brand feel distant or overly clinical.

Once the identity was established, we turned our attention to the website.

Rather than designing first and thinking about marketing later, our development and SEO teams planned the website together from the beginning. Its structure, content, navigation, and technical foundations were built around two objectives: helping users find what they needed quickly and giving search engines a clear understanding of Sinea's services.

We also designed the experience to do more than simply explain the company. Interactive tools, assessments, AI-assisted guidance, and educational content gave visitors useful ways to explore their needs and understand their options before making a decision. This encouraged deeper engagement with the website and created more opportunities to move users toward becoming clients.

Behind the experience, we carried out extensive keyword and search-intent research to understand how people were looking for psychological support online. Instead of simply targeting high-volume search terms, we connected those searches with the specific problems, questions, and services Sinea could genuinely address.

The result was a digital system in which branding, user experience, content, technology, and SEO worked together rather than as separate marketing activities.

03 The results

From Word of Mouth to a Scalable Acquisition Channel

Within the first three months, Sinea's new digital presence had already begun producing measurable results.

The website achieved a 7.9% organic click-through rate, meaning nearly eight out of every 100 people who saw Sinea in Google Search chose to visit the website.

Sinea also reached an average Google Search position of 19.5 within three months, establishing organic visibility for a brand that had previously relied primarily on referrals and word of mouth.

Most importantly, that visibility translated into business results.

27 people converted into new service sign-ups, representing a 15.3% conversion rate.

Compared with Sinea's previous client acquisition through word of mouth, this represented a 237.5% increase in clients and associated revenue within three months.

What started as an undeveloped concept became a complete brand and digital acquisition system: one that gave Sinea a clear identity, helped potential clients understand and trust its services, and created a scalable way for new patients to discover the company online.
