The web design agency that builds the site your buyers enquire from.

We don't hand over a nice homepage and disappear. We plan every page around the questions your buyers ask before they call, build it on a platform your people can edit, and carry your old addresses across so the search traffic you've earned survives the move.

The site looks fine. The phone stays quiet.

  • 01

The relaunch took our Google traffic

The new site went live with new addresses and nobody pointed the old ones at them. Every link the old pages had built now lands on an error page. Google notices.

  • 02

Visitors leave without getting in touch

The pages describe the company instead of answering what a buyer needs to know before calling, and the form sits at the bottom of one page, so interest runs out before anyone finds it.

  • 03

We can't change a sentence ourselves

The site runs on a custom theme only its developer understands. Every price change becomes a ticket and a wait. So the pages drift out of date.

  • 04

Nobody knows which page brings enquiries

Analytics were switched on at launch and never checked again, and form submissions aren't tracked as conversions, so a redesign decision is really a guess about taste.

Hold on, what does a web design agency actually do?

A web design agency plans, writes, designs, builds and launches the website your buyers use to decide whether to contact you. The work covers six parts: page structure, copy, design, development, migration of the old site, and the tracking that shows which pages produce enquiries.

Structure and copy decide what a buyer finds and in what order. Design and development make it fast, readable on a phone and editable by your own people, while migration protects the search traffic the old site earned.

Skip the migration and the new site starts from zero. It's the part that gets left out.

Platforms

The platform follows what the site has to do

We build on the system that fits how you sell and who edits the site after launch, and if your current platform already does the job, we keep it.

  1. Lead generation and service sites

    WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot CMS

  2. Online shops

    Shopify, WooCommerce

  3. Fast, multilingual or content-heavy sites

    Astro with a headless CMS

  • WordPress

Flexible for service businesses with many pages and a team that edits them every week.

  • Webflow

Visual editing for marketing teams who want to change layouts themselves, without waiting on a developer.

  • HubSpot CMS

Pages, forms and contact records in one system when HubSpot already runs your sales pipeline.

  • Shopify

Catalogue, checkout and payments for shops that need to sell online without writing custom code.

  • WooCommerce

A shop inside WordPress for businesses whose articles and products need to live on one site.

  • Astro

Very fast static pages, fed by a headless CMS, for multilingual sites and large page counts.

Plan the pages before anyone opens a design file

  1. Audit

Week one is an inventory of what you already have. We crawl the current site, pull every address that earns traffic or links from Search Console, and check where today's enquiries come from. You get the findings and a first redirect map.

  2. Structure

In week two we agree the page list, the order a buyer moves through it, and the number the site gets measured on. Wireframes and copy come before colour, so the argument is settled before anyone debates a font.

  3. Design

Weeks three and four turn the wireframes into designs for phone and desktop. You approve the templates, not every page. That keeps feedback on the decisions that matter.

  4. Build

Weeks five to eight are development, content entry and form tracking on a staging site you can click through. We test speed, mobile layouts and every redirect before the live domain is touched.

  5. Launch

Launch day switches the domain, activates the redirects and submits the new sitemap. For the first month we compare traffic and enquiries against the old site. Whatever slipped gets fixed.

Why build your website with Elevalo

  • 01

Someone senior plans and builds it

The person who decides your page structure has done it before, and there's no junior layer in between turning a brief into a template. Crawls, audits, redirect checks and reports run on systems we built ourselves, so the paid hours go into judgement rather than copying URLs into spreadsheets.

  • 02

Your search traffic is planned in week one

Most relaunches treat redirects as a launch-day chore, which is exactly when they get forgotten. We write the redirect map before the design starts, so every page that earns traffic has a destination before it disappears.

  • 03

    You own everything

Domain, hosting, logins, code and content stay in your name. Leaving us never means rebuilding.

  • 04

    Launch isn't the finish line

We watch traffic and enquiries for a month. Problems get fixed while they're small.

  • 05

We'll say when you don't need a rebuild

Sometimes five pages and a form fix do the job. You'll hear that on the call.

Everything from page plan to launch, built and handed over

  • Inventory before ideas

We crawl your current site and pull its traffic data, so nothing that already earns visitors gets deleted by accident.

  • Page plan built on questions

We plan the page list around the questions buyers ask before they call, so each page has one clear job.

  • Copy written for buyers

We write the headings, page copy and calls to action, so the design is built around real words rather than filler text.

  • Designs for phone first

We design the templates for phone screens first, so the version most of your visitors actually see gets the attention.

  • Built on your platform

We develop the site on a platform your own people can edit, so a price change doesn't have to wait on a developer.

  • Redirects mapped and tested

We map every old address to its new page and test each redirect, so links and rankings carry over to the new site.

  • Every form tracked

We track forms, calls and booking clicks as conversions, so you can see which page produced which enquiry after launch.

Who answers when you ask why a page is built that way

David owns the page structure, the migration plan and the sign-off before anything goes live. When you want to know why a page exists or where an old address now points, he's the one who answers, and he stays on the account from the audit through the first month after launch.

Questions buyers ask before a website project

How much does a website cost?

The price depends on the number of page templates, whether you sell online, how many languages the site runs in, and how much content moves over. A ten-page service site and a multilingual shop aren't the same project. Your number goes in the written proposal, once the page list is agreed.

How long does a website project take?

A focused service site usually takes around two months from audit to launch, and a shop or multilingual site takes longer. The rest depends on how quickly content and approvals come back. You'll see the timeline in writing.

Will we lose our Google rankings when we relaunch?

A relaunch always carries that risk, because every address that changes has to be redirected. We map and test every redirect before launch and compare traffic for the month after, but nobody can promise rankings won't move for a few weeks.

Can you look after the site once it's live?

Yes. Updates and new pages can run as a monthly retainer with a three-month minimum. It's optional, and the site stays yours either way.

A relaunch, a revenue drop, a new market, or an agency on the way out. Each is a good reason to look hard at the website before spending on it. Tell us what's happening, and after one call you get a written, priced proposal.
