The SEO agency that ties search visibility to booked calls.

We don't chase rankings for their own sake. We fix what stops Google, Bing and the AI assistants from reading, trusting and naming your site, then report search against the enquiries and booked calls you already track.

Your site ranks for searches nobody buys from.

  • 01

We rank, but the phone stays quiet

The pages that rank answer questions from students and researchers, not from buyers. Nobody sorted the searches by how close they sit to a purchase, so traffic climbs while enquiries stay flat.

  • 02

Our relaunch wiped out our traffic

Old URLs were deleted instead of redirected, and every link pointing at them now lands on an error page, so Google meets the new site as a stranger and starts over.

  • 03

    ChatGPT recommends our competitors instead

AI assistants name businesses they can read and find described the same way across the web. If a firewall blocks their crawlers or your service pages say very little, you're left out of the answer.

  • 04

The monthly report is just rankings

Positions for a keyword list, a traffic chart, a page of fixed errors. None of it says whether search brought in a customer. So nobody can tell if the retainer pays.

So what does an SEO agency spend the month doing?

An SEO agency makes your website easier for search engines and AI assistants to find, read and recommend. The work has six parts: technical health, research into what buyers search for, page content, links and mentions from other sites, local listings, and measurement that ties search visits to enquiries.

Technical work removes what blocks the crawlers, research decides which searches are worth winning, and content gives each of those searches a page that answers it. Links and mentions give Google and the assistants a reason to trust that page. Measurement shows which work brought in business.

AI answers are part of the same work now, not a separate product.

Where buyers search

Your buyers ask more than one search box

A buyer might compare three firms on Google, then ask ChatGPT which one to call. Our audit shows which of these surfaces your buyers use, and we start there.

  1. Comparing options on a results page

    Google, Bing

  2. Asking for a recommendation

    ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews

  3. Looking for someone nearby

    Google Business Profile, Google Maps

  • Google Search

Where most commercial searches still begin, and where your service pages compete.

  • Bing

A smaller share of searches, and the index behind Microsoft Copilot's answers.

  • Google AI Overviews

Summaries above the results that link to the pages they draw from.

  • ChatGPT

Answers that name businesses, drawn from pages its search crawler is allowed to read.

  • Perplexity

Answers that list their sources, so a buyer sees which sites were consulted.

  • Google Business Profile

Your hours, reviews and service area, shown in the map results for local searches.

The work starts with what's broken, not with a keyword list

  1. Audit

Week one is the technical audit. We crawl the site, read your Search Console data and check whether Google, Bing and the AI crawlers can reach the pages that sell. You'll see the findings ranked by cost before anything changes.

  2. Research

In week two we map the searches your buyers make before they get in touch, and look at who answers them today on Google and in AI answers. Then we'll agree the enquiry number the work is measured on.

  3. Fixes

Weeks three and four go to technical fixes and tracking. Redirects, indexing, page speed and structured data come first, because content published on a broken site is wasted.

  4. Content

From month two we rewrite and add the pages the research called for, one search intent per page. Links and mentions follow the pages that deserve them, never the other way round.

  5. Report

The first report arrives at the end of month one and opens with enquiries and booked calls from search. It closes with what changes next month, and positions sit in between as a diagnostic.

Here's what changes when Elevalo runs your search

  • 01

The person who reads the data decides

Whoever reads your crawl data decides what gets fixed. There's no junior in between turning findings into a template, and crawls, rank tracking and reporting run on systems we built ourselves, so senior hours go into judgement instead of spreadsheets.

  • 02

AI visibility sits inside the audit

We don't sell AI search as a package bolted onto SEO. Crawler access, consistent business details and pages that state facts plainly matter in both places, so we check both in the same audit, and we won't promise you a citation, because no agency controls one.

  • 03

Relaunches get a redirect map first

Every old URL gets a destination before the new site goes live. Lost traffic is slow to come back.

  • 04

Your data stays in your accounts

Search Console, analytics and your Business Profile stay under your login, during the work and after it.

  • 05

Bad news arrives in the same month

If a page or a tactic isn't working, the next report says so and proposes a fix.

We run every part of search from one plan

  • Technical audit first

We crawl your site and check crawler access for Google, Bing and AI assistants, so fixes start from evidence rather than guesswork.

  • Research sorted by intent

We sort the searches in your category by how close each one sits to a purchase, so pages target buyers first.

  • Relaunches without lost URLs

We map every old URL to a new destination before a relaunch, so links pointing at old pages still reach your site.

  • Pages that answer the search

We write service pages around the question behind each search, so buyers and AI assistants find the answer stated plainly.

  • Links from relevant publications

We pitch your research and expertise to publications your buyers read, so links come from sites with a reason to mention you.

  • Local profiles kept identical

We keep your Google Business Profile and directory listings identical, so maps and AI assistants see one version of your business.

  • Enquiries traced to search

We connect Search Console, analytics and your form tracking, so an enquiry can be traced back to the page that started it.

Questions we hear before the first call

How much does an SEO agency cost?

It depends on how much of the site is broken, how many pages the plan needs, and how crowded the searches are. Protecting a relaunch with hundreds of old URLs takes more work than tending a tidy site. We'll price yours in a written proposal after the call. Retainers run for three months minimum.

How long does SEO take to work?

Technical fixes can show up within weeks, once Google recrawls the pages. New content and links usually take months, and crowded searches take longer. We won't put a date on a ranking. Be careful with anyone who does.

Can you get us mentioned in ChatGPT or AI Overviews?

Nobody can promise a mention, because the assistants decide what they cite. We can make sure their crawlers can read your site, that your business is described the same way everywhere, and that your pages state the facts an answer needs.

Do we still need SEO if we run Google Ads?

Paid clicks stop when the budget does. A page that ranks keeps getting visits without a cost per click, and your ads search terms show which organic pages are worth building first.
